"Initial concerns regarding cleanliness in the bathroom were quickly resolved to an acceptable standard. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good although some items from the buffet were not re stocked straight away when used up ,ie ,juice. The bar ,although well stocked was really overpriced. "

"We were let check in at 2.45 as our room was ready (housekeeping was still happening in some rooms on our floor however!) It was a bit of a maze to find the room initially. Room was clean We got the sea view as per our room type/booking Shower pressure was excellent but water got hot quick. Yorkshire tea in the hospitality tray a big ✅️ from us Plenty of towels Only 1 accessible plug without unplugging other things. 2 extra pillows (but only 1 each on the bed to start with!) Walls are thin- we could hear upstairs talking/walking around/using the bathroom. Floors are a bit wonky (but it is an OLD building!)"

"The room was large enough with a nice ensuit shower room. Curtains were a good black-out. Really good selection of freshly cooked breakfast especially the black pudding. Left some stuff in my room and the staff contacted me that evening and posted it on. Thanks"

"We are a family of 5 so stayed in the party suite as would otherwise need 2 rooms. It was absolutely superb. So spacious with loads of amenities. Best hotel room we’ve ever had. Staff lovely and location perfect. Fabulous stay"
