We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. "I’m impressed by service of staff. I’d booking Non smoking room which in the room have a smell of cigarette. Hotel staff offer to change the room immediately. Most if staff are friendly and have a service mind to assist you. The location also very convenient. Just above the subway station and can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street."
