"Very clean hotel but the staff are rude and ignore you when you ask them questions. Some were helpful but the majority just ignore you. You can’t use the hot tubs unless you have a reservation but the reservations were all taken for our entire stay. The hot tubs were empty every time we walked by them though…. They asked us for our pool towel tickets even thought the pool staff kept them so they said we had to go to our rooms and get the towels for them before we could check out. This hotel has...

"An excellent place to stay. Resort style hotel with many great amenities. It is far from any food or shopping so a rental car is best. We used uber and taxis. Pool was clean and ordering food poolside was easy. Buffet breakfast was so good and the staff was very kind. Super clean property. Highly recommend."

"The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup...

"Limpeza ruim, tanto do quarto quanto das louças do café da manhã. Me colocaram em um quarto acessível sem que eu solicitasse, ou seja, não tinha box. Para tomar banho, molhava o banheiro inteiro e ficava frio. A fechadura da porta acabou a bateria, então nenhum cartão abria, fiquei um tempo pra fora e meu per preso dentro até resolverem. Foi bem ruim a estadia como um todo."

"フロントにスタッフが24時間常駐しており、深夜であってもスムーズにチェックインできた。 朝食は日毎に異なるメニューが提供されており楽しめた。 アルゼンチン側のイグアスの滝に行くためのバスターミナルへはUberを使って20レアル程度で行くことが可能。 ちなみに周辺にスーパーマーケットは見当たらないため、買い物をするならば近隣の長距離バス用のバスターミナル内の店か、イグアスの滝行きのバスターミナル周辺のスーパーマーケットを使う必要があると思われる。 一方で、客室内にセーフティボックスが無かった。 また、椅子はガススプリングがへたっているのか座っていると自然に下がり続ける。"
