"They ignored my reservation and gave my room to someone else. When I arrived, they put me in a nearby cheap hostal. There were no leanings, no shower amenities, only left overs from the previous guests. The room was infested with ants and mosquitos. No air conditioning or even a fan. The floor was sticky and disgusting. I arrived very late at night and my family was very tired, so they had to stay. We could not sleep all night because of the mosquitos.
