"The staff there was really lovely The room we stayed in was not really kept well and the upkeep was a bit poor and it was not the cleanest. The breakfast was nice it was a breakfast buffet next door. The gym was small but decent for a workout The pool sauna and jacuzzi was amazing, steam room wasn’t working when I went though or was not set up "

"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. "

The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional. They dealt with problems the best they could with the lack of any management being available to offer support to one female staff member on second shift working without uniform another female staff member on her fourth week with the hotel with limited training and a male staff member multitasking to help with anything and everything. "The general cleanliness and condition of this hotel was poor. The floor of the room was sloping and was quite dissorientating when walking into the bathroom. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was stained and looked unclean. The wastebin looked very poor with a rusted lid. Bathroom floor not very clean and the grouting was missing from the corners of the bath. The paint was peeling of the inside of the windowsill.
