"Alexandra Resort has a cozy and contemporary feeling to it. Every employee we encountered was professional and personable. My husband and I relaxed and had an excellent time. When we wanted to mingle that had games and DJ events at night. Over all we enjoyed ourselves and will return. "

"My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Turks & Caicos for his birthday weekend and we decided on this hotel for the location (right on Grace Bay beach) and the affordability in comparison to surrounding hotels. The hotel was clean, has 2 nice pools, a hot tub and free access to the beach chairs and umbrellas for guests. Herby and Jay at the bar were super awesome and so sweet! We loved them! "The staff is very friendly, service was excellent from second we got onto property. We stayed in building 4,was wonderful! the cleaning and towel checks were done even twice a day! The 1-bedroom unit was big and had everything we needed inside. Only thing we didnt like in the unit, the fridge door was impossible to open at times, it goes into a lock mode, that should be disabled if possible. "The views and it's cozy."

"Perfect location! Right on the beach and 2 very good restaurants. Can take shuttle to Ocean Club West and it’s a 2 minute walk to shops. Everyone incredibly friendly. Just be aware that restaurants include “service fee” in the check."

"The staff is very polite and helpful, they are always available when you need them. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant, the menu is not extensive and the food is not good, at least to our taste. Went to Hemingways and the food was excellent! "

"Five minute walk to the beach. Multiple cuisines within the same 5 minutes walking distance. Very nice rooms. Wish they had a microwave, but the small fridge was very cold. Rain style shower head was a bit of a luxury I wasn’t expecting. Bravo! I must check out the pool next time. "

"The shower head was something like a pool side wash off shower. That needs to be upgraded .Everything else was a plus!! The Jamaican young lady at the front desk was very vibrant her smiles lite the whole place up. I feel welcome. I will be back !!!"
