"Hotel is in a great location, very walkable to restaurants, shops, and attractions if you are looking to visit Old Quebec. The hotel and room were very clean, and had a charming rustic decor. The restaurant had a nice menu as well, although we did not get to try it (make reservations in advance). Overall a nice hotel but I would not say anything about it was “exceptional” as per the rating. I did also deduct a star for the lack of in-room entertainment. "Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, very comfortable studio room with kitchen and balcony. The decor is a bit dated but that’s just a minor observation. It was very clean and quiet, the complimentary continental breakfast had plenty of options and great bonus. Super close to Quartier des Spectacles and Privigo grocery store less than 5 minute walk away. Metro station also short walk away. I will stay here again "

"Generally we were very happy with our suite, and the staff was always helpful. Room was acceptable for a short stay. It was clean. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as the other hotels we used on this trip. The building is an old one, and we were on the top floor. We had to walk up and down many stairs every time we left the facility. A person with a disability could not stay here.
