"We drove in 6 hours to this hotel all the amenities and photos were amazing, so we chose comfort suites. We arrived got the keys to the room, walked in not to bad it was dirty but we did not make a big deal out of it, we were tired and was gonna rest before our event, my wife was sleeping in one bed and came up screaming and there was a roach on her, then found roaches in the fridge, and when we went down to tell someone all we got is you can have this room, at this point I wanted a different hotel, tried to get a refund so I can go to another hotel, I was informed that since I used a 3rd party they can’t do anything, so I settled with another room different floor, walked in and the floor was nasty lights out and no toilet paper, was informed that would be fixed we went to our event came back 4 hours later and room was the same, there was no urgency by owner, management at all! The only person helping was the counter lady and she did everything in her ability’s to help. Do not recommend staying here at all and the pool was demoed, that is the main reason I wanted here is the inside pool, post on all websites about the pool is closed not when guests get there after traveling "
