"I actually was able to stay in an upgraded partner hotel next door, due to the Inn being used to help refugees at my time of arrival. The room, the service, and the check-in process were all amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The staff was remarkable. The front desk staff, whether they worked the day or night shift, was very helpful. I went into the city and came back to find my AC leaking and had some issues with the toilet, due to the weather being so cold outside. No matter what time...

"I had a fantastic experience with Public. Air Canada went on strike and only a few us arrived. We booked a suite and they accommodated us to a smaller room and refunded us for the bigger one. Unfortunately the first night, there were a couple fighting the room right next to us. And we told the hotel, they upgraded us to a nicer room the next day and also compensated us for the night before. And I had to stay one extra night and they just let me stay in the same room for a basic room price....

"I discovered this sweet small retreat in May of this year. This is my 3rd stay here. It is very comfortable. Close to public transportation and very quiet. There is a Whole Foods store 2 blocks north! A New York Deli 2 1/2 blocks west. And awesome Chinese Food 2 blocks south! It is the perfect place to stay when you’re traveling alone. It would not work if you were traveling with a close friend or love interest! Perhaps, the owner could make a section of this facility for...
