"He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. "The room was spacious, air-conditioning worked well bed was old and lumpy but sufficient for 1 night. The technology to check in was not working properly and took us 15 minutes to get our keys as their card reader was not working and the staff said they always have issues with it. Staff also blamed our credit card and wanted us to log into our bank account to " make sure we had suffuciant funds". All for a $50 damage deposite???? Sounded super fushy so we refused. Basic amenities like slippers and at least one complimentary water bottle are something even many small hotels provide nowadays."

"The room felt grungy with extremely stained carpets. Dirty walls and trash under the couch. The mattress was extremely firm with some holes in the sheets didn’t leave me feeling great. The couches in the lobby were ripped and torn so it was not a promising. Breakfast was good there was a staff member there the whole time cleaning tables and checking on food. "

"The breakfast was ordinary. Nothing out of the norm. The stay was just a stop over so it wasn't a big deal. However, for the price, I didn't get the feeling to match as I entered both the property and the room. The was a feeling of oldness lingering. "

"The room was decently clean. Barring some of the counters still having some stains. The lotion that was provided had been previously used. The room wasn’t as soundproof as advertised. I heard people yelling and cheering or whatever across my room. Pillows were a joke. I ended up not being able to sleep at all for my flight at 4:45 a.m. I checked around 5 o’clock and went to bed at 6:30 and just laid restlessly. Overall, the location is convenient, but just be aware of the sound bleed. "
