The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. "Second time staying there. Rooms are spacious and beds are very clean! The only thing was there is no coffee in the lobby. There are some in the rooms but if there is someone sleeping and one likes to get up earlier and go have coffee you have to wait until the restaurant opens and then paying $7 for coffee! That to me should be offered for free. Other then that happy with the hotel. "

"We were able to use airport shuttle from hotel and park our car in their lot. Front desk staff was huge help. 10/10"

"There was tons of noise due to construction happening in the building. When asked about it at front desk, instead of moving me, they told me the noise will stop. Also, the coffee machine in my room did not work, nor did the LED lights along the bed. Great roof top hot tubs. "

"Wakeup calls should be automated I wAs awakened almost an hour early by a call at 3:55 am which at that time is a big difference. I booked it for 4:45. Then there was no hot water in the lobby for early tea. Then I have still not received my emailed receipt, 5 hours later"

"This hotel could be so much better - so many small issues though. Only two shower towels for four guests. Breakfast is very limited (no bacon, no bananas, no non-dairy milk, no strawberry jam, two raisin bagels left at 7:30am). The two queen room is very large but half empty. There is so much space for a table with chairs or a sofa."

"I had a 1 night stay at this airport hotel. From afar, the feels grand and looks great. However, I had issues with cleanliness and maintenance. For example, I identified stains on the furniture, and damages to countertops and drawers that didn't close properly. The bed, however, was pretty comfortable.
