"Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. "

Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. "We were travelling with our 1 year old son and were really impressed with the hotel set up for youngsters. Small things like a nappy bin and a baby bath being provided along with a cot and high chair. Kids being allowed to use the pool until 6pm but retaining adult only space in the sauna area. A playground on site and the media room full of toys. We could keep the baby occupied but also enjoy some child-free relaxation. The location is wonderful, an easy drive from Salzburg, walking distance...

"The owner and staff are extremely obliging and helpful. They even went the extra mile to run a shopping errand for me when I realised I'd left some key items at my previous hotel. The food is excellent; delicious, authentic and very filling portions. The dining room setting is lovely and they clearly do everything to maintain the property. They even made a packed breakfast+lunch for us because we had a 4.30am departure to hit a mountain route. Room was very good. The only thing I would hope for is a slightly better pillow. We used the sauna daily and this was very welcome, especially after a tiring day on the mountain."
