"入住登記的接待小姐英文很不好，連問她隱形眼鏡藥水在哪裡可以買到,居然說她不知道，臉超臭。用餐回來房鎖還壞掉，打不開門。 第二天換了另一位櫃檯小姐，非常親切，終於可以順利用英文溝通，還協助我打德國境內電話，很感謝她。"

"We made the reservation at 7:30 at night. Then drove 30 minutes from Freiburg to stay there. The office closed at 6:00, therefore we couldn't stay there. Not only that but they wouldn't refund our money. Beware, beware, Beware. Very Very poor business practices. Hotels.com was good to work with, but this gasthaus was awful awful awful. I hope that others will learn from our experience and not stay there. "
