"Since we booked thru Expedia the receptionist would not give us our Holiday Inn points. The hot tub was closed and the air conditioning in the room did not work (it was a balmy 98 degrees) when we got there. After contacting the front desk we were told the maintenance workers had gone home. No other rooms were available so we were told we would get a discount. In the morning when we checked out another lady was working and she said since we booked thru Expedia she could not give us a discount and that the lady that told us she would give us one was new and shouldn’t have told us that. Very disappointing. They should not list rooms thru Expedia if this is the kind of service they provide. "
"Updated hotel with clean interior except for the numerous hairs inside the shower curtain. Lots of trash outside and the trash receptacles overflowing. Quiet inside the room , pool area and workout room were nice. Good breakfast but no fresh fruit. Overall goid experience. "
"We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean. King bed lots of pillows firm mattress. Very quiet and the room was darker than any I've stayed in that's a+. Amenities where great. Better than alot of the more expensive places we have stayed at. "
