"Man braucht einen Code für den Zugang. Den haben wir nicht erhalten. Soweit, so gut. Das kann ja passieren. Aber vor Ort war niemand erreichbar. Also keine Chance, in das Hotel zu kommen. Mussten uns dann ein neues Hotel suchen. Ziemlich unproffesionell. Nie wieder! "
