"Hotel is clean and quiet, off the beaten path of traffic. Staff was very accommodating on a last minute room request. Only improvement I can suggest is more options for breakfast and beds that don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a box spring. Would stay here again."
"I liked that it was quick and painless to reserve, and the owners were residents, and friendly. The room was clean. Some of the common areas are apparently being renovated. They're fun spaces with lots of potential. I wish them well and hope they prosper."
"There is no elevator so we had to have a room on the first floor. I understand that the first night was booked but we got a room it was small. I asked the next day to be accommodated to a bigger room which she assured me she wld discuss w the manager and contact me. Never heard from them. Never in our 3 day stay did we get any kind of cleaning. I had to get towels and put our trash out. Do better for 96$ a night."
"Definitely not a 7.4. Although the toilet tub sink bedding were clean, the bedding had a strange smell, almost like stale smoke but it may have been just the water in the area smells. It’s an old hotel and they haven’t updated anything except maybe the hardwood floor. Even for the money I wouldn’t stay there again."
