"Accès difficile quand on connaît pas (à 5 min à pied de l'arrêt du DLR). La seconde fois c'est facile.

Attention pas de climatisation mais un chauffage.

Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable.
The biggest problem by far was the temperature in the room. It was around 28–30°C outside, but the room reached 31.5°C. The window only opens a small amount, so it is impossible to cool the room down in the evening. Sleeping comfortably was very difficult.
The online reception was also disappointing. It took over 30 minutes to get a concrete...

"Clean room, tidy and modern. There was Ac but not fully working. Bathroom was clean check in was easy. Nice area. We booked a king room however it was just 2 twin beds pushed together with an annoying gap in the middle."

"Don't expect toilet paper unless you're willing to pay a massive upcharge! New boutique hotel in mint condition and great location in Maida Vale. Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. "Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free).
Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."
