"I had separately booked on Hotels. Com. I was first denied a room. I had stayed there as a part of a already booked room. Then they did not provide basic amenities required bt the customer. Over that there was one fellow at the reception desk who did not want to serve the customer at all. The guy denied whatever we asked. They don't know how the cancellation happens if they denied service. They routed to Hotels.Com for my refund. "

"This hotel was adequate last year but has gone downhill. There is no restaurant, it is extremely dusty from part finished renovations and noisy. The one saving grace for the establishment is the friendly staff but I will not be staying again. It is significantly over priced."

"Filthy mattress & sheets. They didn't even bother to clean the room and change the sheets/pillow cases. Everything smelled really bad with lots of stains. I had to ask them to change the sheets. When they changed the sheets, I saw the mattress is filthy & with lot of stains as well. Bathroom was equally filthy - with cockroaches and leaky taps. "It is a decent hotel and there is a few supermarket opposite the hotel. You can buy some groceries there. However, the traffic is quite bad during peak hour. "
