"I would expect the pool to be cleaned up before the stay and courtesy call to check on daily until guests leave for additional cleaning. I would also expect housekeeping staff to supply water which they didn’t on day 2 of the stay. Definitely lots of room for improvement for this resort."

"Good hotel, rooms a bit small and in need of a freshen up, but not to bad. Could have done with a fridge in the Duluxe A/C room that we stayed in. Great food, no upset stomach all the time we were there ( 10 Nights ) Close to the beach, around a two minute walk away, nice pool, always sun beds available to use.Staff were helpful and good fun, they made our stay at the Akhil Beach really nice. "

"Average stay, though resort is good, maintenance needs improvement. Restaurant is managed by average, uninterested uncaring BOYS, who are not oriented towards customer care. Food too rich, though decently priced. Menu is limited. Buffet spread ordinary. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Room maintenance average, water in bathroom was not clean enough, blankets old, needs replacement. Pool is good, children enjoy. "Fördelar: tidig checkin utan att vi anmält det, personal villig att hjälpa till i den mån de kunde ändra saker, sen utcheck, varmvatten fanns dygnet runt, bra hastighet på Wifi Nackdelar: ej adekvat städat, kvarglömd klädnypa bakom sängen, spindelnät på ett flertal ställen, mycket dammig takfläkt,utlovade toalettsaker på rummet existerade ej förrän vi påtalade det( då fick vi en toarulle och 2 små tvålar), endast ett badlakan på 2 p(inga handdukar alls).
