"Grateful for allowing us a free early check-in. That was so appreciated in the bad weather. Loved the late opening Starbucks and the relaxed atmosphere in the Lobby. Especially enjoyed the live music by the bar!! Disappointed there was no laundry service to help with wet clothes. We used the iron and the hair dryer instead. Not enough places to hang wet clothes in the room."

"The hotel staff from Receptionist to hotel Maintenance are all very well mannered!!! Very accommodating host in every way.. The weather outside was worst when we arrived but when we checked in we’re totally welcomed with warmed smile and greetings, its just wow!! A perfect for a good getaway/staycation even just for awhile. A hotel that has to have a say “welcome as a guest,leave as friends”!!"

The park itself was good, though it could have been cleaner—especially the floors, as many guests were walking in straight from outside with their boots on. Overall, it was a great place to spend a few days with the kids. We also enjoyed the Boston Pizza restaurant on site; both the food and the service were very good. We had a great time and would recommend it to others—and we’ll definitely be returning...
