"clean room, helpful staff"

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Charleston Inn. It has a lot of character and charm, and the location on Main Street was perfect for exploring Hendersonville. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the social hour—it was a nice touch and a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely come back when visiting Hendersonville again!"

"The property is close to Main St., Hendersonville, which has very nice. However, I was not very impressed with the cleanliness. Also, one of the lamps in the room had a broken plug in you were unable to plug it into the wall so overall the property was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I suspect that they need closer supervision on maintenance and cleanliness."

"Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area."

"This location and cottage was wonderful. We loved our stay. The virtual staff were very quick to communicate with me. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was b/c the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Other than that, everything was EXCELLENT. Will definitely visit again, despite the water pressure."

"Definitely a great location if you like being in nature, and staff were helpful, however there were multiple issues with this stay. The main one being mold all over the ceiling. The second being there is no TV, no room phone, and the walls are paper thin. We were up all night because we could hear our neighbors entire conversation like they were in the same room as us."

"Beautiful setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Autumn went out of her way to help us. Can't wait to come back!"

"Extremely beautiful property with as little or as much as you want to do. On-site restaurant was fantastic & close enough to Hendersonville is you want to switch it up. The staff is extremely attentive & made our stay amazing"

"The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I loved happy hour on the porch where we could enjoy the atmosphere and meet other guests. A delight."
