"New, modern, clean but absolutely soulless. Nothing nearby except the glistening waters boat trips and (deserted) restaurant. I think we were the only one staying too. Despite that the amazingness of the magical glowing water was one of the highlights of our trip, but I would stay elsewhere and drive in unless you really need to be close."

"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. "We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return."
