"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. "A very enjoyable experience, butler service was great and the use of the hospitality room at the end of the stay was perfect. A good selection of food. Staff on the beach were cheerful and helpful especially Shaymar who met our every need whilst on the beach."
