Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, although we did have some trouble with our bathroom (toilet didn’t flush, and the shower didn’t always have hot water and the pressure was very intense) but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!"

"Beautiful resort. Nice staff. Loved the wild life roaming the resort. They had great shows. We saw the magic show & the talent show and they were awesome! Kids enjoyed it. Pools were always clean. Was hard to get a pool chair as people left towels or personal things and left for hours. A la cart restaurant were also very good! "

"So I enjoyed our stay with kore everyone was very nice to us helped us with everything we needed. The staff was really friendly I walked into the kitchen at close and was going to get food somewhere else but they sat me and my fiancée down and made us a Togo dinner and don’t be afraid of renting a scooter and exploring tulum it’s very safe just be respectful "

"First, staff was welcoming & friendly. The website/details have to be updated. There was no breakfast/restaurant on site, no personal amenities (soaps/shampoos) or bathrobes as mentioned on the website. All towels should be replaced as old & worn especially when there is a card in the room detailing replacement costs for certain items that are old or not in the room."

"Tulum is amazing. I just don’t think we are all inclusive people. Sal at the preferred beach was AMAZING. The kids club was awesome too. We had a room the first night that was just too loud but the hotel was able to move us once some folks checked out."
