"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. "Not what we thought. This was a time share resort, which was not mentioned on their website. Only 3 on site restaurants. They considered their sports bar as option 4, and an Italian restaurant off the resort an option 5. Pool bars don’t open until 11 am and close at 6pm. Could not get a mimosa with breakfast because their bar doesn’t open until 10am. No where on property to get coffee other than the buffet or your room - unless you count the Starbucks in their market which was also not included...

"My family and I had an amazing stay at this resort, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

"Our experience was overall good. When we checked in the Front desk the man was very rude but the woman was very helpful. The bartenders and waiters were very good and attentive. The food was not very good I expected a better selection of food taste was not good. But the staff other than the check in person was great. Not sure if I will be staying at Royal Solaris again l, I have stayed at GR Caribe and it was better."
