"I dont usually do negative reviews, but this hotels service was very poor. The hotel itself was lovely, very nice views, very relaxing and calm. HOWEVER! The hotel staff were cowboys. Did not know what is going on. All in their own world. We drive all the way from the UK and had our first stop at this hotel to rest. Our room aircon was making a very strange but loud noise every 10 seconds! (I have a video for evidence). We complained 4 times… 1 to Guest Relations via whatsapp, 3 times in person....

10/10 Excellent

"Nice stay at Tas Hotel located inside the airport. Has a quick security check to enter and helpful staff. We had the suite which with a seating room separate from the bed area. Bed was comfortable and climate control for each room. Windows do not open and view is not great but remarkable quite for being at the airport. International or Domestic gates are a couple minutes walk. Big breakfast with hot items and gluten free options. Mystery Foods gluten free restaurant is 10 min away and Ofuro hotel has great massages in the same area. We spend an extra day to decompress from our trip and enjoyed it all."

"When we are here for 8 days we are so happy with the staff they are polite and really accommodating i love the restaurant the chef at the buffet breakfast specifically the chef who do the eggs, they are really good waiters over all we had a lovely stayed, when i left my shorts with my important things in the pockets its so easy o communicate with them straight away they emailed what i need.. thank you for the 8 days of fun and relax stayed. The only thing i noticed is theres no limit of smoking places in the area i think its not so fair for people who don’t smoke specifically when you have kids who had asthma.. thanks you"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Orange County Resort Alanya, but I would rate it around 4.5/5 rather than a true five-star resort. The entertainment was by far the highlight. The evening performances were excellent, and some were genuinely better than acts we have seen on Britain’s Got Talent! There were plenty of activities throughout the day, making the resort lively and very good for families. The sea was clean and immediately beside the hotel, and we loved the pier, particularly the beds provided there. The slides were also very good and suitable for different ages, although they were sometimes closed unexpectedly. The pool water was too warm to be refreshing, and finding sunbeds was extremely difficult—even very early in the morning. More sunbeds and some fans on the pier would help. Food was generally good, with plenty of snacks and drinks around the pool. The fish sandwich near the beach was fantastic, the ice cream was nice, and the Turkish coffee by the pool was excellent. However, restaurant food became repetitive and there were long queues for the better dishes. Most importantly, the restaurant desperately needs better cooling or fans, as it was often far too hot to enjoy a meal comfortably. For a five-star Turkish resort, I also expected much more authentic Turkish food. There was too much emphasis on international dishes such as sushi. We love sushi, but unfortunately the sushi here was not good, and Turkey has so many better local foods to showcase. I would"

"The hotel is very clean and well located near Taksim square, the room is large and adequate for two persons. The rate per night is reasonable for the quality, cleanlessness and location. They do offer daily free bottle of Water, Nescafé and Tea. I would stay again at Titanic city Taksim and I would recommend this hotel to others."
