"My husband and I arrived late and was greeted by our friendly reception. He helped us get in our room which was clean and spacious. It had the BEST bed to sleep on and this is a must specially for travelers. We love we got a discount with the bakery attached to it. The sandwiches and coffee were great. For me, I love the hot chocolate. Service is top notch! This hotel is located in a good place near shopping and different restaurants. You can take the Rialto or San Marco vaporetto stop...

"Our room had a perfect view of the Grand Canal and was directly across the bridge to the train station. This was great when we were arriving and leaving-just a 4 minute walk. There are porters at the station who will help with the bags. They have modified wagons to easily move heavy bags across the bridge steps. The staff was very courteous and helpful with maps and directions on the best way to navigate the canals using the vaporetti (public ferries). They also provided suggestions on nearby...
