"So we had booked 4 nights at this hotel due to it`s good location and the good reviews on Expedia. We arrived at the hotel and the lobby was nice, the staff were nice but things went south when we got out of the lift on the 4th floor. It was so tired looking and appeared that not a lot of money had been spent on it`s upkeep. Then we entered the room 410. Oh my word it was so bad, it was tiny and it looked disgusting. We went out for dinner and came back to the room and we both new that we didnt...

"I beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Venice.
Situated just 40 seconds walk from St Marks Square, it was ideal for my wife Sarah and I because we love the vibe of Venice , if you’re looking for a great location this is it.
The staff are fantastic, the bedrooms spotless and very comfortable beds and pillows , air con is great. We would recommend for sure. "

"I have never stayed in this hotel and I would place it at about 3.5-4 stars. It is nothing fancy and we had a double suite which had absolutely no light as well as being painted a very dark teal. There is no frills here but the property is nice. nothing wrong with the hotel. I think i was expecting a little more for the price."

"Lovely, cozy hotel with a homely feel. The bar is a great spot for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Really well located for day trips from the station, and for the sights of Verona. "

"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"Pros: great location. Minutes from both Rialto and San Marco. Large, clean bathroom. Coffee / hot water machine in a common area. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: no elevator. Have to drag your bags up and down 21 steps. The room was tight. The location cuts both ways because it being so central means a lot of noise late into the night and very early. The coffee machine broke. Nobody washed the cups guests used.
All in all though, a good deal for where it is. "
