"Really enjoyed our stay in Cardiff - hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms don’t have usb charging points for phones - I didn’t think to bring a charging plug as most hotels don’t need them nowadays - and I really don’t want to be going back and for to reception to charge my phone. It just makes the hotel seem a little dated - apart from that the hotel was nice and clean."

"Wonderful stay at the Hotel. Room was superior to many & very clean. Staff were professional & very hflpful. Only disappointment was the layout if tables for our event. Tables were far too close together which made it very difficult. Couldnt enjoy the meal due to being squashed in. There was socmuch space at the back of the room, so i dont understand why room was set up like that. Waiting staff dealt with this extremely well - must have been difficult gor them.
