"Great Hotel with great amenities! Will always stay at Leonardo Royal!"

"The bedding was amazing really comfortable. Room was nice size and clean, Overall one of the better overnight stays I have had the experience of."

"Nice breakfast, friendly staff"

"Good location. Nice rooms. The second time we have stayed and both times there were long queues at the bar late at night. There were two staff working but both struggled to communicate and didn’t understand what people were trying to order hence the long queues."

"Great hotel - recently renovated, good location close to lots of bars and restaurants - high quality throughout, would definitely stay again"

"Hotel and staff are excellent staff very friendly if I was to say anything I would replace the mattress seemed worn and lumpy."

"Ideal for airport and NEC"

"Hotel looks beautiful on entrance, modern and welcoming. The rooms are clean and very spacious with comfortable beds but the showers need attention - no pressure at all - I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair and the temperature kept going up and down often burning us. "Rooms could have been a bit cleaner but for the price I'm not going to complain. Staff were friendly. Hotel was ideal place this be able to get around city. Can't comment on food cos we neither had any or saw anyone else having any, can say the latte was lovely though."

"Lovely room, lovely location would recommend. But i'm just not sure what it's like on a weekend , whether it's too noisy in the week was fine"

"Just 10/10 Everything you want all in one place 11/10 if you play golf me and my partner dont but just love the place. Beautiful surroundings friendly staff and the Beds so comfy for a good night's sleep."

"overall good"

"Great location and great breakfast!"

"There are parking spaces outside property but these are very popular. Parking in the Car park is £17.00 a day."

"Helpful and friendly staff. We were able to check in before the official time which was useful. Room was spacious, nice fluffy towels, breakfast was very busy but everything was topped up and tables were cleared immediately. Lift took ages so probably get a lower floor room next time so we could use the stairs instead. 10 mins from Birmingham New Street station."
