"Location was great really close to V&A waterfront staff were very friendly & helpful. Food at hotel & breakfast was good plenty of choice. Outdoor area on 2nd floor was good. Only recommendadtion would be to have an outside seating area on ground floor would be ideal."

"The hotel is definitely showing signs oif the need for a refurb. Tired flooring in bar and restaurant, ridiculously noisy AC units, doors to balcony need updating as do the bathrooms. Staff were generally excellent and breakfast selection was good. I stayed in a 6th floor Deluxe Executive room but overall I felt I was paying for the location rather than any other luxuries."

"No functioning TV for the entire 10 day stay. Faulty network. Booked room with bath but none provided. No electric shaver plug. Was promised a rebate but on checkout none had been processed. "

"The staff is great, but the place itself is awful. The location sucks, very noisy, the windows don't close tightly, the rooms are not sound proofed, the air conditioning is very noisy and does not work properly. The rooms are very tiny, I asked to be moved to a different room and the receptionist at the front desk did not know where to put me because all the rooms were noisy. I would give this place a 2 star. "

"Studio/Chambre étriquée sans insonorisation car on entend les gens parler dans leurs chambres, les aboiements à l'extérieur mais surtout le manque total d'entretien. De plus mis à part un rack rouillé pour poser les serviettes mouillés, il n'y a pas d'autres d'endroits où les mettre. Bref pour une nuit de transit, pourquoi pas mais ce n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles en Afrique du Sud mais surtout nous ne reviendrons pas lors de notre prochain voyage."
