"This is a very old hotel and it feels quite run-down. The atmosphere was a bit scary, especially at night. It didn't feel very welcoming or comfortable, and I don't think it matched my expectations. I would recommend checking recent reviews and photos before booking."

"The room was comfortable and the bedding was immaculate, the attention to detail was lacking in that surfaces were dusty, the tea and coffee facility was sparce and empty milk jigger left amongst fresh supply. Bathroom was functional apart from toilet seat which was a bit wobbly. All in all we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is tired and needs some tlc."

"This is a lovely little place in the heart of Wrexham. The only issue, when UP in the upstairs room (not the lobby), was the WiFi, which was a bit too weak to do any large uploading or large emails. Aside from that - just a terrific place."

"Stayed one night the inn was nice and the staff very friendly. The food was good in the restaurant and a good breakfast. The car park was full when we arrived and my car was damaged overnight with no note left. "

"Super friendly welcome by the hosts. The room was large and comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the horses. The pub in the village was about a 5 minute drive away and was fantastic."
