"The staff members were very pleasant and the check in process was extremely easy. The room was as pictured and was very clean. The pool area was nice and had a tropical feel. I do wish there was just a few more seats and tables available in this area but it was still great despite that. The fire and ice restaurant was very nice and easy to get a reservation. Bella's pizza was probably one of the best pizzas we have had! The continental breakfast had a very good variety. My kids really enjoyed...

"No refrigerator or coffee in room. Coffee is premade in the lobby. Twice the pot was empty. The breakfast I paid for was raw. Toilet was broke all wkend. My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer. Charged me $29 for a drink. Gotta pay for parking. My brother's room was dirty and used when they checked in
