"We stayed an extra night due to the car ferry cancelling our return trip back to Maine. I booked the extra night through hotels.com but could only get a room with a queen size bed. We were in a room with two double beds. We needed two beds due to my upcoming hip replacement surgery. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure we could stay in the room we were already in. Top notch service!!!"

"After an inauspicious start, the accommodation turned out to be great. We arrived to find we needed to check in at the attached restaurant with a lady behind a plastic screen, which made the experience feel less than welcoming. The entrance to our suite was off the Main Street up a fairly steep set of stairs. However, after we were shown to the suite by a very friendly member of staff, we were most impressed by what we found. It was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean and had a balcony...
