"Parking felt safe because there was a gate. There was a gateman when we checked in. After that however, we had to open the gate ourselves. Our room smelled. The bathroom stall was clean."

"Listen guys, please, whatever you do, don’t book this property! It’s not clean nor safe! This place is a total disaster! They hype up the reviews online for tourists. My husband and I left within hours of booking this place.. neither one of us felt comfortable being there. Let’s not talk about the stairs you have to climb!! OMG, why is this place still up and running!! It’s in desperate need of renovation. "

The activities staff (Omanda and Tiana) the Club Sandals team, the loyalty team (Big Jo), and the many more that are part of the team truly made our trip memorable.
