"The only thing positive about the stay were the comfortable beds. The room was big but everything else.... This is definitely not a traditional Hilton property. We stayed in the " villa" portion of the property, not the main tower. It was basically a DIY Home Depot renovation of the room. It was clearly a motel at some point and maybe a seedy one at that. The shower held so much water at one point I wondered if it would overflow. The bathroom itself is barely bigger than an airplane bathroom. ...

"Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. On the very first day, my Dior sunglasses were stolen from the pool area. There are no security cameras around the pool, and the area is constantly crowded with children and guests. It raises a serious question—how are guests supposed to feel safe or recover stolen items in such an environment? Beyond theft, this lack of security is especially alarming for families.
