"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, very clean, and easy to locate. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job and ensured everything was perfectly maintained throughout our visit. We traveled during very cold weather, and walking into the warm, cozy lobby was such a welcoming and comforting experience. We had no issues at all during our stay, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"As someone who travels to Japan often, I really enjoyed the location of this Tokyu Stay. It is in a much less touristy part of Tokyo so the train lines are less crowded. It is in a much quieter part of town, but not at all far from the hustle and bustle of major areas like Shibuya and Ikebukuro by train. Overall it was a great area to come back to after a long day. Staff were friendly, attentive, and avaialble if needed. "
