Security was excellent, making sure that only registered guests had access to the elevators which went up to the rooms. The location was right in the theater district, which made it handy for going to Broadway shows."

"The front desk associate was very welcoming. We were able to get our room earlier than check in which was great because it was raining outside. The lobby was very nice. We didn't go to the bar lounge because it opens at 5pm and closes by 11pm and we had plans that evening so on our way back to the hotel from Lincoln Center we stopped at a bar for a nightcap knowing the bar would be closed. The bar lounge had a very nice vibe. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
