"The hotel grounds were impeccable! What I was upset about was I went into the bar/restaurant to get something to eat. The girl behind the bar was adjusting bottles and filling in bottles in the cooler behind the bar. She saw me, I made a general statement to her however, she ignored me! Didn’t ask if she could help me, nor what I wanted. Had she looked up and said “We’re closed until 5 PM” that would have been appropriate. I was very disappointed with that person. The rest of the staff was great!! However because of the girl behind the bar not mentioning Anything to me, I doubt I will rebook another stay there."

"Second time I have stayed there, For me that says everything. Room was extremely clean. Staff very helpful and parking easy. It is very convenient to Hershey Medical Center, but if you are going to the Hershey Park or Zoo America, you will have to drive about 5 min. I would definitely stay there again."

"Entire staff went beyond to be helpful, including shuttle service, breakfast and reception. Amazing hot full breakfast. The high standards show in every way."

"When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you booked through a third party app. We finally went to our room to find it to be filthy. The bathroom had hairs on the toilet and a long black hair and dust and dirt on the hand wash container on the wall. I have photos. We left for dinner and a show and came back deciding to make a cup of tea using the hot water in the lobby but the hot water was not hot. We decided to make tea in the room but the keurig was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in a long while. I have photos. I intend to write a complaint to Hilton Corporate."
