"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. "Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."
