"They didn’t have an iron, dead fly on the floor and mouldy shoer, no welcoming reception staff, didn’t explain how to reach reception and no phone in the room . Pillows were too big for the size of the pillow case that made them feel really hard so had to sleep with no pillows as all , nosy rooms as next to the main road too , expecting a refund . Absolutely not worth it not even for one night "

"The hotel lobby is cute and contemporary, not your traditional check-in experience. The staff is friendly. It may be a London thing, but there are no hand towels, only giant bath towels - which I thought was weird. Washcloths are not normally provided, in general, but I thought hand towels would be a norm. When I asked the hostess at the front, she said that they were a "3-star hotel", as if that explained it. "A well maintained and comfortable hotel with most helpful staff. The room was well appointed and the breakfast offer- especially the "Continental" - was excellent. Very convenient for local shops etc in Ealing Broadway and transport links both to the West End and Heathrow. I would stay there again."
