"Convenient location, decent sized rooms. Decor is tired. The second night of our stay was spoilt by very noisy people in the room next door in the small hours. Also, disappointing that weekday breakfast ends at 9am, with staff clearing up and hovering straight after. For leisure travellers, 9 am is too early"

"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"The room was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us. We were only staying two days.The bathroom was very small and when sleeping on the king size bed half of the king size bed you could feel the springs. The staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms, but we had gotten settled in and I didn't want to move anywhere. There was a 2nd single bed in the room so I just used that one. Coffee and tea in the room was greatly appreciated."

"Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip. Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked. Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot. "Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park."

"The room was basic. There were flies in the bathroom, seemed to be coming out of the light. No security lock on the door so did not feel very safe. The downstairs entrance hall smelt badly if urine."
