"Clean rooms, nice location, and a really good ambient interior atmosphere. Rooms are on the smaller side, but they are well organized and efficiently designed. Staff could definitely be more helpful and proactive, but overall the experience was smooth. Airport shuttle was also on time, which was appreciated."

"Honestly, the hotel and price are worth the location no matter how you try to rationalize. Everything you expect from a Fairmont property and then some. So fortunate to be able to walk downstairs at 6am, get through U.S. Customs, and not have to worry about traffic or getting up even earlier. Thank you Fairmont. Please get more properties on the East Coast!!"

"The parking situation and location were great however the room and overall hotel were very dated. The first room we were assigned was 26.5C and the AC was broken, they ultimately reassigned our room to one that seemed to have previously been a smoking room (IYKYK). Personally would not stay here again. "

"The room was completely spotless, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room had a nice big tv and a large comfy bed, the bathroom was super clean with a great shower. The area was also very convenient and close to everything, and the parking situation was good - we would definitely stay here again. The only downsides was the fact that our room didn't have air conditioning (it has heating) and it shared a wall with the lobby (could slightly overhear), however no real issues. 9.5/10"
