I really couldn’t believe that this hotel for as much as it cost didn’t have a concierge in it for info on what to do and see in NYC and for buying tickets for activities. "The room and hotel were excellent. The only issue that I had was that in the shower there was a silicone lip that is supposed to hold the water back from going all over the floor. It wasn’t secured or siliconed properly. There was also some mold on and under it. "

"The staff was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and providing recommendations for restaurants and directions. The rooms and property were always clean. Breakfast provided many choices da and was always well stocked. The breakfast bone moves quickly and efficiently. The frosted glass shower/bathroom wall” was NOT an issue as the person in the bathroom could only be seen as a “blob.” "

"Great location and room was fab. The walks a bit thin can hear noise from other room. Whilst there are coffee, tea and water facilities free on the ground floor a kettle in the room would be great. This would not however stop us staying here again staff were amazing. "
