"This is a historic building 4 or 5 rooms we stayed in the Best gal's room i highly recommend it. The room had a sitting area and a bedroom. Keep in mind this is a building over 100 years old it was a saloon with a brothel up stairs. You are right on Rt66 and grand canyon rail road directly across the street. We very much enjoyed our stay and it was reasonably priced. You do have to climb up a pretty steep set of stairs but I'm 70 years old and didn't have any difficulty. Try it out beats the...

There were no soap or conditioner in the showers, there were no tables to put your belongings. Other than that, I rate you 2 stars, maybe. Hopefully they are completed and things get back to normal again soon. the ice machine was off, they were pulling up carpet on the stairs, doing parking lot repairs, and remodeling looked rushed to get people into the rooms. "When I booked the room, I didn't know it was in such a bad area. We had a very expensive classic car with us and didn't feel comfortable staying there. Also, the exterior painting was terrible. I booked a room at another hotel and felt much safer."

"Terrible experience. It was advertised as having a separate bathroom, but it turned out to be a shared one. No air conditioner and hot in the room. The parking lot has unpaved ground. After I dragged my luggage over here to load it into the trunk, the suitcases got covered in dust and made the trunk really dirty."

The walls and ceilings had been painted and I think the flooring was new. However, there were two beds and a table that were attached to wall, and two uncomfortable wooden chairs as furnishing.
