Hotel is being majorly renovated which was buried on the hotel description when I checked under “parking area being closed.” No parking because of all of the construction debris and vehicles. "Only one person working when I checked in. He was new and didn’t seem ready to be left alone. It was after check in time and they had to physically go upstairs to talk with housekeeping to see if there was a clean room available. Later that night I called front desk because our room had no hair dryer. They said they would “try” to find one. No one came. My husband had to go downstairs and ash again. "I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours.
