"Excellent place, highly recommend."

"Do not book a room in this hotel! They will double book your room and send you to another hotel 30 min away. The room was paid for and when my mother arrived to try and rest before an international flight the next morning, she was notified that her room was unavailable and that she would be sent to another hotel. She waited 2 hours and had to pay for the transport arranged by the hotel. Unacceptable treatment of guests, was our experience. Never booking here again."

"The instructions to shuttle say “use the right channel” to the shuttle. Does “right” mean “righthand” or “correct” in this sentence? We followed the “correct” channel to the “shuttles” and never found this hotel pick up. Very confusing. This hotel is a crazy maze. Our room was not listed on the wall (170). "The hotel was located very close to the airport and had a great shuttle service. Was a beautiful property with wonderful clean rooms, fresh Linens and a very nice bar and restaurant. We would stay there again if we ever get back to Dublin!"

"Arrived just before midnight, got to our room, walked into it and was it with the smell of cigarette smoke, despite it being listed as a non-smoking room. It smelts like an ashtray. "Nice location near shopping mall and a few good pubs in addition to their own bar and restaurant all within walking distance. Rooms are well designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning unit in our room periodically made grinding sounds — seemed only when adjusting to new set temperature— and did not happen while sleeping at night. "Stayed for 4 nights as a group of 8. We used the bar and ate there every night. Staff were super friendly and efficient. The food had a good selection and we all enjoyed every meal we had. Bedroom was cleaned daily and fresh towels issued."

"Die Zimmer sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hellhörig. Der Spa Bereich kostet 10€ extra und der Jacuzzi war leider kaputt, als wir da waren. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen, aber auch hier kosten Capucchino & co extra. Für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens ok."

"Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests."
