"The staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful, especially the reception staff and the young Supervisor in the restaurant, couldn't have been more helpful. I love the location of this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, rooms clean and spacious, would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to my home town of Dunfermline."

"This hotel was understaffed with trainees, which made the check-in period punishing. The restaurant was also understaffed and they did not communicate that our order of bar simple food would take 1.5 hours. When asked, they said they were backed up and offered no compensation or apologies. We would never stay here again. While affordable, the experience was terrible and a huge waste of time."

All of the basic/important things were top notch, and there were many nice touches, including indirect lighting and an abundance of electrical outlets. "Cute little spot. The parking is awful so if you can come by bus, do that. Their restaurants are nice, the rooms are clean, there is a big tub to soak your aching feet. The staff was super helpful and informative, the power went out on the entire street and the personally knocked on our door to let us know and check on us and to see if they could make us dinner reservations anywhere else if the power wasn't back on by our reservation. Lovely views and lovely staff."
