"Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. "I loved staying at this hotel. Parking was very convenient. The room was lovely and clean on arrival. The shower was amazing. Very powerful and clean. The staff at the reception and bar were extremely helpful. Breakfast was very nice with fresh bread in the morning. Thank you Holiday inn. I would stay again if needed."

The first night was a write-off in terms of sleep. Staff gave a late booking to a couple who had been drinking in the pub, and they stayed up most of the night with the TV on at a very high volume.
