"Everyone was very friendly and conscientious, including Wade who I spoke with the most. Staff were super accommodating when I needed help with getting my room near my friends room and getting a cot for my son. My only suggestion would be some couches in the lobby so we can sit and talk. Not so comfortable sitting on chairs for hours. Beds and pillows were amazing!!!! Thank you for everything!!!"

"The sound of the AC starting up and shutting down kept us up all nite. No trash can in room or bathroom. Bug crawling on bathroom floor near toilet. Window blinds visibly dusty. Indicator light on AC that filter change was needed. At 9AM the only food available was dry oatmeal and dry cereal. Water leaking from ceiling in lounge area off lobby. And this was a newly renovated room! We stayed here before and this was not our experience."

"The hotel said there is a laundry facility but it will not take credit cards. The hotel front desk would not change coins for you either. The hotel should express more specifically or more details to not mislead guests or just exclude laundry facility！"

"Great stay! The staff is superb, from Robert, Monika, and Stephanie at front desk, to Kara and T-Mac who helped shuttle us around. My family really appreciated the friendly and very helpful service. The food at the restaurant was good and the servers were very kind as well. Only thing is the a/c cut out in the night both nights we stayed there, but fortunately, we were able to get a fan at front desk. Other quick note is we had no curtains in our room and the california shutters dont really...

"Highly recommend Craftsman Inn when staying in the Syracuse area. Rooms were clean and comfy and felt recently renovated. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold food. The restaurant/bar on site was a great place to watch a game. Fayetteville is a really nice town which if close to Green Lakes state park and numerous golf courses."

"Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning."
